Competition Start time is 7.30 PM. If the first game doesn't commence by 7:35pm the team who is not represented shall forfeit that game, If the 2nd game hasn't started by 7.40pm the team shall forfeit a 2nd game. If the match hasn't commenced by 7.45pm the Team not represented shall forfeit the match 15 - 0. No games are to start after 11:30pm and the score will stand as is. If the score is 7 all a draw will be declared.
